British Columbia Old Age Pensioners' Organization - Branches
Branches are organized throughout the province of British Columbia.
Each Branch sets its own agenda for activities and establishes its own programs, such as:
Often include bingo, bridge, cribbage, carpet bowling, potluck dinners, parties, Christmas banquets, etc.
Usually held monthly, these meetings might review social activities and discuss seniors’ concerns. Guest speakers are invited to help keep seniors informed about current events that affect their lives. Annual meetings are held to elect officers and establish financing of branch activities.
